Speaker: Kelli Boyd on how the Word of God has influenced her life
There are three things I love in life.
- I love my family … the one I grew up with in Keller, Texas and now the one I live with here in New Braunfels. Our family is made up of Robert (my husband), Libby, Jase and Allison (the three introducing me to teens and preteen living) and Roman and Mark (the two that remind me what being a young mom is like as we foster them) and a few folks that we graft in to our life, mostly at the dinner table.
- I love experiences … ones with people, ones that are alone, ones that are easy, ones that are hard (I like those when they are done), ones at camp (T Bar M is where I have worked for a few decades), ones that teach … because if you look close enough they all teach.
- I love Jesus. I just do. A lot. He is some kind of amazing to carry us through life, give us grace upon grace, teach us rich truths and give us life abundantly.
Kelli Boyd lives in New Braunfels, Texas with her husband (Robert), three kiddoes (Libby, Jase and Allison). Life is full for her and her family, as most things they do – they do together. She has served at T Bar M Camps since 1995, most recently as their Family Camp Director. She writes about their life and how God uses the craziest parts of it to teach us good stuff at www.snowglobed.com. They love to open their home to kids through the foster system and anyone that will eat at their table.
